Caching Developer (Redis) – Australia Only

We are seeking an experienced Caching Developer with strong expertise in Redis and enterprise caching technologies to design, implement, and support high-performance, scalable caching solutions for enterprise integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise caching solutions using Redis and distributed caching technologies.
• Develop caching strategies including TTL, cache invalidation, eviction, and refresh policies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and response times.
• Monitor cache health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and platform teams to deliver resilient integration solutions.
• Support CI/CD deployments and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Redis, distributed caching, and in-memory data stores.
• Experience with Cache-Aside, Read-Through, Write-Through, and distributed caching patterns.
• Strong knowledge of application performance tuning, latency optimization, and scalability.
• Good understanding of API Gateways, Messaging Systems, Enterprise Integration, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure automation.

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise-scale integration or middleware environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Government, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure.
• Exposure to secure enterprise platforms and distributed application architectures.
