Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
• Experience in integrating monitoring tools within custom software environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
