Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure clear communication within the team.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.
• Experience in software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills to effectively work within a team and with stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
