• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C applications to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process integration within SAP environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
• This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
