To continue its commitment towards a rock-solid and fast infrastructure, Exoscale is hiring a Software Engineer to join its core compute team to work on the design and implementation of additional capabilities.
Location: Madrid, Munich or Remote in EU Some of the challenges you will be working on:
- Design and maintain our core compute platform
- Design and maintain orchestrators and distributed agents
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in code & changes reviews
- Take part in the on-call roll after a training period
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Prior experience with virtualization technology such as KVM
- A good understanding of the UNIX operating system
- Experience with building and operating distributed systems
- An eye for performance and monitoring
- Experience with one of Clojure or Go
- Flexible working hours and working from home.
