About Us

We’re an engineering-driven company that builds large-scale software platforms used by millions every day. For 20+ years, we’ve been helping some of Europe’s biggest names in retail and automotive — including Volkswagen, Lidl, EDEKA, METRO, and Schwarz Group — turn ambitious ideas into working products.

With 250+ engineers from 30+ countries across our hubs in Hamburg and Lisbon, we specialize in solving problems others call “impossible.”

The Role

Join a small, agile team (max. 5 people) and work across the full software lifecycle:

  • Designing, coding, testing, deploying, and running production systems
  • Learning fast through hands-on training from experienced engineers
  • Shaping products directly with enterprise clients and seeing your work in use by millions

About You

  • PhD in Computer Science, Math, or Physics
  • Strong coding skills in C/C++, Python, or Java
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership
  • Based or willing to relocate to Hamburg
  • Fluent English speaking

Bonus: Go, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end frameworks, functional programming, cloud systems, ML/AI, or competitive programming.

Why Join

Our engineers say two things again and again:

  1. “I’ve never learned so much, so quickly.”
  2. “The people here make me better every day.”

If you want to grow fast, work on impactful systems, and build with top-tier engineers, this is the challenge you’ve been looking for.
