A Series A cybersecurity startup is solving one of the most overlooked problems in enterprise tech: making best-in-class security accessible to all.

This is a rare opportunity for a Software Engineers to join a team of under 10 engineers, own real architecture decisions from day one, and build systems that matter using Rust.

If you're a Software Engineer with Rust experience who wants to stop shipping features into a void and start seeing the direct impact of your work on real customers, this is worth a conversation.

What we're looking for

• Software Engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience post-graduation
• Experience using Rust or an interest in learning it - this is a Rust shop and the codebase reflects it. Software Engineers working with Go or C++ are also encouraged to apply!
• Degree from a strong university (CS or related)
• Hands-on AWS experience (ECS, RDS, Fargate or similar)
• Comfort with distributed systems and API design
• Genuine curiosity about security as a domain
• Startup mindset - high ownership, low ego, no bureaucracy

The details:

• 📍 Hybrid - NYC (2-3 days in office)
• 💰 Up to $200K base + equity (flexibility up to $250K for experienced Rust Software Engineers)
