Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Punta Gorda area
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, zoning laws, and property values to better serve clients

• Valid Florida Real Estate License
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Punta Gorda real estate market and local community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
