Strategic Operations & Growth Manager

About the Role
Accelerate AI helps regulated industries adopt AI with confidence, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our demand engine end to end: the content that builds our authority, the events that put us in the room with the right buyers, and the go-to-market motion that turns both into tracked pipeline. This is one seat with one clear job: generate qualified demand and prove it.
You'll set how Accelerate AI shows up in the market, from LinkedIn and intelligence briefs to executive roundtables and conference presence, and you'll track it end to end so we can see what actually drives pipeline. You'll directly with the CEO on strategy. If you think in funnels, can write and art-direct as easily as you can run an event, and want to build the growth machine behind a fast-moving AI company, this is the seat.
What You'll Do
Content Engine & Brand Presence
- Own the content calendar end to end across LinkedIn and other channels: plan, produce, edit, schedule, and publish
- Drive our LinkedIn strategy and audience growth: voice, cadence, engagement, and community building
- Lead production of Accelerate AI intelligence briefs from research through publication on accelerateai.io, and package them into sales enablement such as posts, decks, and one-pagers the team can use in client conversations
- Art-direct graphics, carousels, and video for a consistent, polished brand look, and keep the brand asset library, templates, and content systems in shape
Events That Drive Pipeline
- Own the event calendar end to end: executive roundtables, CISO and CAIO dinners, workshops, webinars, and launch events tied to our intelligence briefs
- Design and produce our own events: format, guest list, venue, run of show, content, and flawless on-site execution
- Own our presence at industry conferences (for example the Global Security Tour and healthcare, security, and financial-services events): pre-booked meetings, speaking slots, and structured follow-up, not just a badge on the floor
- Build co-hosted events with partners and proof points such as Databricks, AWS, and SpinSci
- Set a clear target for every event (qualified conversations, meetings booked) and own the follow-up so events become pipeline, not photos
Demand Gen & Measurement
- Capture the demand from content and events and hand it cleanly to BD, with clear follow-up SLAs so nothing slips
- Sync the content, brief, and event calendars so demand generation is coordinated, not random
- Partner with BD and leadership to turn interest into meetings and qualified opportunities
- Set and track the metrics that matter (reach, engagement, meetings booked, pipeline influenced) and report on what's actually working so we double down on it
- Help shape the quarterly growth and content strategy with leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years in growth, demand generation, content, or field and event marketing, ideally at a B2B startup
- A strong portfolio: writing, campaigns, and events you've shipped, with results to point to
- An excellent writer and editor who can carry a distinct brand voice, and comfortable art-directing visual and video content in Canva
- You think in funnels: you know how to turn a post or an event into booked meetings and tracked pipeline, not just a good time
- Comfortable in ClickUp and marketing analytics tools, and you genuinely like building repeatable process
- Data-literate: you use analytics to make decisions, not just to report them
- Self-directed and accountable: you own outcomes, and you're happy owning both the strategy and the details
- Genuine interest in AI and regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and government
Tools You'll Use
- ClickUp, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Slack, event and webinar platforms (Luma, Zoom, or similar), and AI tools for planning, drafting, research, and analysis. We'll get you up to speed on anything new.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government)
- You've built a content calendar, brand presence, or event program from near-zero
- Fluency with content and campaign analytics and multi-channel attribution
- Comfort working with venues, sponsors, and partners, and a network to draw on
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
What You'll Get
- Ownership of the entire demand engine at an early-stage AI company, working directly with the CEO
- The rare range to move between content, events, and growth strategy
- A clear path to grow into a head of marketing or growth leadership role as the company scales
- Direct, visible impact on how the company grows
