Easybrain is looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager who has experience working at Deloitte, KPMG, PwC or EY and is eager to launch user acquisition campaigns worldwide, execute marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth of our projects. We believe that a background in audit provides a strong foundation for success in User Acquisition, thanks to its emphasis on analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, attention to detail, and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Easybrain's mobile user acquisition strategy across multiple advertising networks;
  • Work with data sets to create and optimize campaigns, and target users based on performance metrics;
  • Closely collaborate with designers in the creative process for ads

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least Upper Intermediate);
  • Knowledge of Russian language is a must;
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Spreadsheets;
  • Interest in the mobile application and game market;
  • Combo of analytical mindset and creativity;
  • Being a fast learner
