About sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Ready to shape how VESTACY shows up across our distributor markets? As Regional Marketing Manager, you'll turn brand and category priorities into market activation plans that drive real, sustainable growth - and make sure our distributor partners have the tools, skills, and support to deliver.
You'll be the vital link between Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and our distributor partners, blending trade marketing leadership with marketing operations excellence. It's a role for a strategic thinker who executes flawlessly and knows how to influence and get things done through others.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional trade marketing programs that support brand, category, and commercial objectives.
- Translate global and regional strategies into local activation plans, promotions, product launches, and channel initiatives.
- Manage marketing operations across distributor markets, including planning, execution tracking, and governance processes.
- Coordinate artwork development, localization, approval processes, and the delivery of marketing assets and toolkits.
- Build strong partnerships with distributors, supporting the creation and execution of effective local marketing plans.
- Drive execution excellence through Perfect Store initiatives, promotional effectiveness, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor campaign and activation performance, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Global Marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and product launches.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English and Polish
- 6-8 years in Trade, Shopper, Channel, or Commercial Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience in distributor-led or indirect-market models (strongly preferred).
- A solid grounding in FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Goods, or similar fast-moving industries.
- A track record of running multi-market activation programmes - international and emerging-market experience is a real plus.
- Strong marketing and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong understanding of syndicated and distributor data (e.g., Nielsen, panel data, internal data sources)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Agile, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
