Marketing & Business Development Specialist
NAP CONTRACT is a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience designing, manufacturing and delivering bespoke furniture and interior solutions for hotels, serviced living, restaurants and commercial spaces across Europe.
We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support both our Polish and international activities. This is a broad, hands-on role working across marketing, sales support and business development in close collaboration with our commercial and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for different customer groups, including hotel operators, investors, developers and architects.
- Create marketing and sales materials that support business development activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Run our channels and content. Support the right SEO strategy across our channels and partner platforms; produce sales collateral, decks, and one-pagers.
- Support lead generation and customer outreach.
- Maintain and develop website, LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Coordinate photography, reference projects, case studies and other marketing assets.
- Support participation in trade fairs, industry events and client meetings.
- Work closely with sales, project management and production teams to ensure consistent communication.
- Contribute to building and continuously improving NAP CONTRACT's marketing function and tools.
We are looking for someone who
- Around 3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally adjacent to furniture, interiors / FF&E, design, architecture, or hospitality or B2B premium/luxury sectors
- Fluent English and Polish. Polish matters for the domestic market and day-to-day with the team; English is our working language internationally. A further language for our international markets — German especially, or French — is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with segmentation, audience data, and measuring real commercial impact.
- Both halves of the role: the creative judgment to shape brand and positioning, and the discipline to build structured assets like case studies and segmentation frameworks.
- A hands-on, resourceful approach. You're energized by building with limited resources and getting more from less in a fast growth environment.
- Genuinely collaborative and cross-cultural. You work well across a distributed, multilingual team and partner closely with sales.
- Experience working internationally or across multiple markets or similar experience
- An existing network in hospitality, A&D, or contract / FF&E.
- Familiarity with the contract / FF&E sales cycle and how furniture gets specified and won.
- A good visual eye — comfortable directing photography and using basic design tools to brief and review work.
What we offer
- Real ownership of an area you'll help define in a moment of expansion and profesionalisation.
- A remit that spans both the Polish market and international growth across Europe, with the cross-border exposure that brings.
- A clear path to grow into leading the marketing function for a furniture manufacturer.
- A genuine craft product to be proud of; and the direct access to leadership that comes with a focused, family-owned company.
