Sigma International School is a premium CBSE residential school launching near Vadodara, Managed by Bellwether Group of Schools, & backed by the promoters of Sigma University. We are hiring a Campus Manager to lead the school's launch and first admission season on the ground.

This is not a desk job, and until the Principal joins in early 2027, it is the senior-most role on campus. You will own two things: the experience of every parent who walks through our gates, and the admissions funnel from first inquiry to confirmed admission.

What you'll do

• Make the campus parent-ready every single day — and personally lead campus tours for prospective families
• Own the inquiry-to-admission funnel end to end: counsel high-value inquiries, drive follow-ups, ensure zero leakage in the CRM. You will lead the admission counselling team to ensure proper follow ups and conversions taking place.
• Recruit, train, and driveon-field counsellor/marketing teams
• Be the primary point of contact for parents — building trust, handling objections (fees, safety, hostel), representing a premium brand with confidence
• Coordinate between school operations, Bellwether HQ, and the marketing team to close any gap that affects admissions

Who we're looking for

• 3–5+ years in the education sector — school admissions, operations, or counselling
• Fluent in spoken English and Gujarati
• A confident, presentable, parent-facing personality — comfortable representing a premium school
• Target-driven, with a sales/counselling orientation — this role is measured on admissions
• Experience managing or coordinating a small team

Bonus points for

• Residential/boarding school admissions experience
• An existing network in the Vadodara / Bharuch / Central Gujarat education community
