Job Description – Property Manager

• Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the property.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all facility services, including soft and hard services.
• Monitor and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage housekeeping, security, technical services, landscaping, and pest control operations.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service quality.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and control costs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain asset records, AMCs, and facility documentation.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and service requests.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the onsite facility team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Coordinate fit-out, renovation, and minor project works as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
