Product Marketing Manager

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to lead product launches, develop compelling content, and generate insights from customer and market feedback. This role is key to sharpening our positioning in a competitive market and scaling our impact with enterprise customers.
Your Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning
- Define and continuously refine product messaging and value propositions across use cases and buyer personas
- Translate complex AI and robotics capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop tailored messaging for verticals, market segments, and key accounts
- Lead product and feature launches end-to-end in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Coordinate internal enablement and external rollout activities
- Align launches with demand generation, campaigns, and press activities
- Create and manage sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI tools)
- Support Sales with training, objection handling, and demo narratives
- Improve conversion and deal velocity by aligning closely with revenue teams
- Develop product-focused content (solution briefs, white papers, competitive comparisons)
- Contribute to blog articles, newsletters, and product-related webinars
- Shape thought leadership content that reinforces Sereact’s positioning
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and roadmap
- Capture feedback from the field to refine messaging and identify opportunities
- Monitor trends in robotics, logistics automation, and AI application domains
- Define and track product marketing success metrics
- Report on GTM performance and impact on pipeline and revenue
- Support forecasting and planning with market and customer insights
- Completed studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in tech, AI, SaaS, or industrial automation
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and complex value chains
- Experience with launching and positioning technical products in B2B markets
- Confident use of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Figma, or equivalents
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering
- Hands-on mentality with strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
