Coordinator, Brand Marketing (m/w/d)

As a Digital Demand Manager, you will be based in the Forterro Munich Office and play a key role in driving demand generation in the DACH region. You will plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing initiatives for the Myfactory and Proffix lines of business, ranging from digital campaigns and webinars to events and targeted content programs.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and close cross‑functional collaboration. You will partner closely with our BDR and Sales teams to ensure measurable pipeline impact and continuously refine the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns, including webinars and events, for the Myfactory and Proffix business lines within the DACH market
• Create, adapt, and leverage campaign‑relevant content that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for pipeline contribution
• Collaborate closely with BDR and Sales teams in the DACH region
• Improve campaign setups and effectiveness through proactive optimization

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, digital campaigns, webinars, and event formats
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and events
