Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead multiple store locations and drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence. The role involves partnering with Store Managers to improve performance, ensure compliance with company standards, develop high-performing teams, and identify growth opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving revenue, EBIT, and EBITDA targets while optimizing operating expenses across assigned stores.
• Lead operational excellence by ensuring compliance with company standards, inventory control, shrinkage management, and the effective execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Store Managers to develop and execute strategic action plans that improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Build high-performing teams by coaching Store Managers, supporting talent development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend business improvements, expansion opportunities, and strategies that strengthen the company's competitive position.
