Estate Manager

POSITION: ESTATE MANAGER - SM CEBU SEASIDE CENTRAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for managing the overall operations of SM Seaside Central Estates, covering both SM Seaside Complex Cebu and South Coast City. This includes overseeing administration, grounds maintenance, safety and security, traffic management, and development control. The role also involves executing development-related projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation to enhance estate facilities and services.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the estate, including administration, maintenance, safety, security, and traffic.
• Monitor and enforce development control policies across the estate.

Project Execution

• Lead and execute all projects related to estate development and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Regulatory Compliance

• Facilitate compliance with all relevant local and national regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.

Stakeholder Relations

• Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, residents, business partners, and government agencies.
• Promote healthy external relations and community engagement.

Innovation & Service Improvement

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve estate facilities and services.
• Recommend enhancements to operational processes and infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in estate or property management, preferably in large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and development control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
