Marketing & Business Development Manager based in Houston, TX

This is a great opportunity for a marketing or business development professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and client teams to drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies

✅ Support attorney and practice group marketing initiatives

✅ Manage client events, sponsorships, seminars, and speaking opportunities

✅ Lead pitches, proposals, and presentation preparation

✅ Coordinate media relations, communications, website, and social content

✅ Support legal directory submissions and attorney rankings

✅ Identify market opportunities and thought leadership initiatives

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree required

✔ 4–7 years of professional services marketing experience

✔ Legal marketing experience preferred

✔ Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills

✔ CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background:

⚡ Energy, petrochemical, or Texas-focused industry experience

⚡ Familiarity with the Houston and The Woodlands business markets

📍 Location: Houston, TX (3-4 days in Houston, 1-2 days in The Woodlands office)

💰 Salary: $110,000–$120,000
