Chinese-Speaking Regional Marketing Operations Executive

The Role:

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in executing our marketing activities across the region. This role bridges global strategy with local execution, ensuring brand consistency while adapting initiatives to resonate with local audiences.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Support the implementation of regional marketing strategies in line with HQ directives.
• Support implementation of local strategies in line with regional marketing directives.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Support paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta and suggest optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital platforms to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of various promotional campaigns including local events, sponsorships, and activations.
• Perform any marketing related tasks as assigned by the Regional Marketing Manager.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role with exposure to the local market.
• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Experience using social media management platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LINE and Telegram is an advantage.
• Experience using Jira or Sprinklr project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
