Job Description

  • Extensive experience in business development and product planning, preferably within the US EAP and Retail Wi-Fi markets. 2. Strong ability to identify and develop new market opportunities, and customer segments 3. Demonstrated skills in defining product strategy, product requirements, and building effective product roadmaps. 4. Experienced in facilitating cross-functional collaboration with R&D and sales teams to ensure efficient product development and delivery. 5. Proven experience in creating and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for networking products 6. Solid understanding of Wi-Fi technologies, networking trends, and competitive landscape, with a willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies. 7. Experienced in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to inform product and business decisions. 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. 9. Strong organizational, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities to drive product planning and market execution. 10. Ability to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives and work closely with R&D, sales, and design teams

Main Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1. Over 8 years of experience in major OEMs or the Wi-Fi chipset industry
  • 2. Master’s degree is required; a background in Electrical Engineering or an MBA is a plus
  • 3. Proven experience leading sales, R&D, and support teams to drive business opportunities and secure design wins
  • 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities
  • 5. Fluent in English
