Business Owner - New Business

As Business Owner, New Business, you are responsible for the commercial success of titles in Paradox's publishing portfolio. You own the P&L for your assigned titles and work across the Publishing department and with external development studios to deliver on targets and create lasting value for players.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will lead without direct reports, coordinating experts across Product marketing, Publishing operations and Community to deliver on your titles. You set strategic direction for each title, translate it into concrete plans, and stay accountable through launch and beyond.

The skills we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in gaming product management, business or publishing
• Solid understanding of business management and marketing
• Experience working with external studios or partners
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong project management skills
• Comfort with financial planning and P&L ownership
• Excellent communication skills

You are driven by results and take full ownership of your titles from signing through launch and beyond, coordinating the right people to deliver. You care deeply about the games you publish and work closely with development studios. You understand what drives players and use that understanding to make better decisions.

Scope: Full time and permanent

Location: Stockholm

The starting salary for this position is 60 000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role.
