Description
- Managing, coaching and developing the marketing team.
- Leading sprint planning, workflow management and project delivery.
- Translating business objectives into well-defined marketing initiatives.
- Driving digital marketing performance across content, CRM, email and lead generation channels.
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the wider business and acting as a key point of contact for marketing activity.
- Reviewing work to ensure high standards of quality, consistency and effectiveness.
- Supporting the ongoing development of marketing processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Managing external suppliers and agency partners where required.
- Helping shape marketing priorities and contributing to wider commercial objectives.
Profile
You'll likely have experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Operations role and be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly across content, lead generation and customer engagement.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- The ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insight to support decision-making.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- Benefits to be confirmed by the employer.
- Permanent position based in Birmingham.
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days working from home)
