App User Acquisition Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging and high-performing advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative marketing initiatives by generating new ideas and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop expertise in the North American entertainment market while collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in app user acquisition.
• Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including app user reporting.
• Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non-consented users.
• Experience with GA4: event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• The ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have:

• Experience in the gambling or iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
