Ad Operations Specialist

Brand IQ, an award-winning provider of advanced data-driven advertising services, is seeking a superstar to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria as an Ad Ops Specialist. The Ad Ops Specialist will focus on setting up, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media and paid search (PPC).

Brand IQ strives to deliver a world-class media buying and analysis to sophisticated advertisers and agencies. To this end, prior experience in and willingness to understand leading social and search platforms is a must in addition to working in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to Senior Ad Ops managers.

Responsibilities:

• Be obsessed about precision and accuracy
• Buy ad space through leading social media and search (PPC) platforms
• Monitor and optimize multiple campaign executions against client KPIs
• Review ad performance relative to campaign KPIs to provide and execute optimization recommendations and increase performance
• Recognize, analyze and quickly solve discrepancies between ad servers and platforms
• Ensure clients and internal sales teams are receiving exceptional customer service and support
• Participate in client campaign kick-off calls to outline deliverables and ad tracking requirements
• Assist with various special projects as needed
• Have advanced English skills and be able to communicate freely
• Collaborate with relevant teams on a variety of initiatives, projects and events
• Stay up to date with advances and innovations in creative design, social platforms and features, and campaign management.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required
• Be within the top 5% of your class year academically
• At least 2 years of social ad buying and optimization experience in an agency setting are required
• Experience with online ad serving systems is a plus
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Show great attention to details
• **Must** reside in the Sofia area as this is **NOT** a remote position.
