What You Will Do
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for assigned access control products and solutions.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across marketing campaigns, sales materials, and digital channels.
- Support brand consistency while highlighting product differentiation.
- Actively track competitors, including product features, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain competitive analysis tools such as comparison matrices, battle cards, and market reports.
- Share actionable competitive insights with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor market pricing, competitor pricing models, and promotional activities.
- Support the development and maintenance of pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership, sales, and finance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing adjustments based on market dynamics and competitive pressure.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create product-related content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
- Support demand-generation activities by ensuring product messaging aligns with target customer needs..
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market feedback and customer requirements.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product presentations, competitive positioning guides, and pricing tools.
- Deliver internal product and competitive training sessions for sales and marketing teams.
- Track and analyze product-related marketing performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and revenue trends.
- Support marketing budget planning and monitor spend related to product marketing activities.
- Report insights and recommendations to marketing management.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
- Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, manufacturing, or security solutions.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management, engineering)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in product marketing, digital marketing, or strategic pricing are a plus
- Strong knowledge of product marketing methodologies, market research, and competitor intelligence.
- Experience in pricing strategy, gross profit analysis, and product profitability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools is a plus.
