Job Responsibilities
- Market Insight & Product Positioning: Keep tracking industry trends, competitors and ICP profiles of target customers, and deliver market analysis reports. Summarize product value propositions and differentiated selling points, and compile positioning documents, sales scripts and competitor comparison materials to feed optimization suggestions back to product iteration.
- End-to-End GTM Strategy Formulation: Independently draw up full launch strategies for new products, covering target customers, pricing framework, channel mix, promotion timeline, budget and core KPIs (leads, conversion rate, ARR revenue, market share). Set project milestones and risk contingency plans.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Take charge of commercialization work; align product, R&D, sales, channel, content and customer success teams to coordinate the whole launch process. Control project schedules and resolve cross-department bottlenecks to ensure on-time product release.
- Sales & Channel Enablement: Produce a full set of sales kits including product brochures, quotation templates, negotiation scripts and customer success stories. Organize training for sales and channel partners, and design channel incentives and promotion policies to boost frontline conversion efficiency.
- Product Lifecycle Operation & Data Review: Monitor core metrics including post-launch revenue, customer acquisition cost and channel ROI as well as customer retention rate. Review GTM performance monthly and quarterly, and adjust pricing, promotion and channel strategies flexibly. Manage the full product cycle including volume expansion at maturity and end-of-life clearance.
- Process Standardization: Build standardized GTM SOPs and review templates to steadily improve cross-team collaboration efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields preferred. At least 3 years of working experience in GTM or Product Marketing for SaaS, enterprise service or hardware products, with proven full-cycle new product launch experience.
- Full command of end-to-end GTM methodology, with solid understanding of pricing, channel operation, lead conversion and customer lifecycle management.
- Outstanding cross-department coordination and project management skills; able to integrate resources across matrix teams to hit business targets.
- Strong data awareness. Capable of optimizing strategies based on revenue, conversion and ROI data with solid commercial acumen and ability to take ownership of business KPIs.
- Excellent proposal writing skills, clear logical thinking and good stress tolerance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing key client channels and ISV ecosystems.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
