- 会员运营:有会员运营项目落地经验。能够通过运营策略或活动设计，利用标签系统等工具制定落地会员生命周期管理方案，并能够通过运营计划，提升会员忠诚度和复购率。
- 私域管理:有3年社群运营管理经验，有百万客户以上的项目运营经验者优先。负责私域运营规划，包括流量池的搭建和优化，用户留存，转化等。
- 数据分析:对数据有一定敏感度，能够基于业务进行有效的数据分析和用户画像洞察
- 培训沟通:有较好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思维，能够对一线员工进行运营相关的培训赋能。需要具有较强的跨部门协调组织能力。
- 用户思维:能够在业务推进过程中挖掘一线服务人员痛点，把握用户趋势，提出优化需求。
