Our core product is an AI phone receptionist that answers a business's calls. Our agents are built to handle customer service on the business's own number, across voice and text.

Our current focus markets are the United States and India.

The role

You own marketing at Cavorite AI.

You will also have a real voice in the product itself: what we build next, who we build it for, and how we talk about it. Joining at this stage means your work shapes what the company becomes.

The work means knowing exactly who we should be talking to, saying something worth hearing, and getting it in front of them. It also means going and winning the relationships yourself. You are joining the founding team, and you will build the team around you as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• A path where a business owner discovers us, understands us in under a minute, and tries the product without having to talk to a salesperson

• Our story: the positioning, the words on the site, the case studies, the proof

• Demand through the channels that work for this buyer, and the judgment to tell which ones do

• Executive relationships built by hand. Personal outreach to founders, operators and decision makers, the kind that opens a conversation rather than delivers a pitch.

• Onboarding for new customers, and the loop that turns what you hear there into better marketing

• Honest numbers: what we spent, what came back, and what you would cut

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree is required. An MBA is welcome.

• Three or more years in marketing where the results were measurable and they were yours

• Immaculate communication, written and spoken. You write clearly, in your own voice, for an actual human reader, and you are just as good live on a call. This is the most important item on this list.

• You are comfortable reaching out to senior executives directly on LinkedIn and turning a cold message into a real relationship

• You can talk to a business owner without sounding like a brochure

• You use AI tools seriously in your own work rather than as a novelty

• Curiosity is highly valued

The details

• Remote to start, based in Hyderabad, moving to a hybrid office soon

• Some overlap with US hours, and some late evenings when a launch or a customer needs it. Flexibility runs both ways.

• Compensation is competitive and based on experience
