Position Summary


We are looking for an Amazon & Marketplaces Manager to grow Forsit-owned, sourced, and invested brands across Amazon and other e-commerce channels.

This role is for someone who has directly driven sales growth, especially through Amazon. Experience with TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify/DTC, or other marketplaces is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate can manage marketplace operations, improve performance through ads, promotions, pricing, and listings, and turn data into clear growth actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Forsit-owned, sourced, and invested brands across Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations
  • Launch and operate channels such as TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify/DTC
  • Own sales metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, ad performance, and inventory turnover
  • Improve sales through ads, promotions, pricing, listing optimization, and content updates
  • Plan and execute new SKU launches, deals, and advertising budget allocation
  • Use sales, inventory, and ad data to decide what to fix, scale, or stop


Qualifications

  • Proven experience growing sales through Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Experience managing sales-related metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, or ad performance
  • Experience improving sales through ads, promotions, pricing, or listing optimization
  • Strong ability to analyze marketplace data and turn it into clear actions
  • Ability to move fast, prioritize clearly, and own results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TikTok Shop
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
  • Experience with Walmart, Shopify/DTC, Target, eBay, or other marketplaces
  • Experience managing owned brands, PB brands, or brands with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience launching or growing Korean brands in the US market
  • Experience with beauty, personal care, or consumer goods brands
