  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work closely with the APERDs and institutional investors
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with strict OJK regulations.
  • Product Design and Development
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment product.
  • Product design and development through collaboration with investment to create product that serves the unique needs of institutional investors and APERDs.
  • Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns with digital APERD and traditional channels.
  • Analytics
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify SeaAM Position and new growth opportunities.
  • Strategy & Brand Development
  • Develop an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and leadership vision.
  • Manage the launch of new investment products with an effective Go-To Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, or Business. Master's degree (S2/MBA) highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in asset management marketing.
  • Experience dealing and handling with institutional investors and APERDs
  • Deep understanding of asset management products including global funds.
  • Have wide network of APERDs and institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds and corporations
  • Technical: Proficient in using modern marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic communication skills, negotiation skills, and critical thinking skills in navigating economic market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written.
  • Have a WPPE, WPEE or WMI license.
