About The Role

Drive revenue strategy across the PHM Hotels portfolio. Analyze market data, optimize pricing, and work with property teams to maximize occupancy and RevPAR across 17+ properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the portfolio
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts
  • Optimize room pricing across all distribution channels (OTA, direct, corporate)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on promotional strategies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue performance reports
  • Train property-level revenue teams on best practices and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a revenue management role within hospitality
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in RMS tools
  • Experience with IDeaS, Duetto, or similar revenue platforms
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
  • Understanding of Indonesian hospitality market dynamics
