Business Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

• Own and define key problem statements for the watch business, the company’s largest revenue contributor
• Support the Business Strategy leads in shaping overall business strategy and priorities
• Translate strategy into clear initiatives, workplans, and milestones
• Act as day-to-day project owner and PMO to ensure initiatives are executed on time
• Work closely with business unit heads and functional teams (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Ops, Customer Experience, Procurement) to drive execution
• Align multiple stakeholders and unblock issues without direct authority
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and prepare structured updates for leadership
• Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution with measurable business impact

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, strategy or special projects roles
• Background in consulting/tech company with experience transitioning into an operating or execution-focused role
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Data-literate and comfortable using data to support decision-making (with analyst support)
• Experience in consumer, retail, marketplace, or luxury businesses is a strong plus
• (Bonus point) Experience in using AI tools to improve productivity
