Job Description

We’re looking for a high-performing Online Growth Strategy professional to drive growth, customer acquisition, and profitability across digital and e-commerce channels. This role combines strategy and execution, with strong emphasis on data analysis, experimentation, and performance optimization to unlock scalable growth.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own growth OKRs across online revenue, acquisition, and profitability.
• Drive growth strategies across paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce channels.
• Lead digital campaigns, pricing/promotions, and online GTM initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
• Use data analysis, experimentation, and funnel insights to identify and scale growth opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to execute and optimize high-impact initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, and unit economics.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Strong experience in online growth channels, campaign strategy, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, experimentation, and performance modeling.
• Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or marketplace is a plus.
