Regional Manager - Luxury Housing
Indexed description
At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a Regional Director to oversee a Florida-based portfolio of conventional, market-rate communities, with a home base ideally in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
This role is a backfill for a long-tenured leader retiring later this year and is built for an operator who values resident retention, team longevity, and decisive execution. You’ll have true owner-operator autonomy, direct partnership with long-tenured on-site leaders, and responsibility for multiple property P&Ls across a large portfolio that’s mapped around where you live.
If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for a 3 to 5 asset portfolio of conventional, market-rate multifamily communities totaling approximately 3,000 to 5,000 units
- Own full financial performance across multiple separate property P&Ls, including budgeting, variance management, and NOI-focused decision-making
- Lead and develop experienced on-site leadership teams, partnering with Property Managers and department leaders to drive performance and accountability
- Maintain consistent on-site presence across the portfolio, with regular property visits and participation in periodic leadership meetings in St. Petersburg
- Make timely operational decisions and manage urgent situations with minimal red tape, including high-dollar emergency approvals when needed
Qualifications
- Experience managing a multi-site portfolio with ownership of at least three separate property P&Ls at the same time
- Proven track record leading at scale, including leading leaders and influencing large teams through department heads and on-site management
- Strong conventional/market-rate multifamily fundamentals, including comp studies, pricing strategy, and operational performance drivers
- Florida-based (or actively relocating to Florida independently) with the ability to travel within a Central Florida corridor
- Working knowledge of RealPage/OneSite or a comparable multifamily platform (Yardi, Entrata, etc.)
Perks
- Total compensation range up to approximately up to $150,000 and additional compensation components as offered
- Tenure-based holiday bonus structure
- Monthly cell phone stipend
- Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO
- Work for a nationwide company that can offer growth and stability
