Mission

Own the execution of Radical Surfaces' marketing funnels, webinars, content launches, and lead-generation campaigns from concept through launch. Ensure creators, executives, vendors, editors, designers, CRM specialists, media buyers, and SDRs stay aligned and on schedule. The ideal outcome: Oren shows up, films content, reviews final deliverables, and leaves.

Position Summary

Radical Surfaces is seeking a highly organized, AI-first Funnel Operations & Launch Manager to run day-to-day execution of marketing and sales funnels. This role combines Project Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Producer, Traffic Manager, and Chief of Staff for Marketing responsibilities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Launch Management, Agency Account Management, Traffic Management, Producer roles, or Chief of Staff functions

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders

• Experience with AI engines, HubSpot, GHL Active Campaign, Big Marker, Asana, Monday, Airtable etc
