What you'll do
Strategy & Positioning
- Define differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for WanderOS that clearly articulate value to travel operators—from independent hosts to large property-management and hospitality businesses.
- Identify key buyer segments, operator personas, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and priority audiences.
- Partner with Product and GTM leaders to establish value propositions that drive adoption, expansion, and long-term retention among operators.
Lead Generation & Demand
- Work cross-functionally with the rest of Marketing and Sales to build and run demand-generation campaigns that fill the operator pipeline and drive qualified leads.
- Develop top- and mid-funnel content—landing pages, webinars, case studies, email nurtures, and gated assets—that attracts prospects and moves them toward conversion.
- Define and refine lead-nurture journeys in close coordination with lifecycle and CRM efforts, optimizing messaging at each stage of the funnel.
- Equip Sales with positioning, battlecards, and enablement materials that convert pipeline into closed business. Produce high quality customer stories and social proof to drive conversion across the funnel.
Product Communications & Customer Updates
- Own how WanderOS communicates product news to existing operators—release announcements, feature spotlights, in-app messaging, changelogs, and email updates that drive feature adoption.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives that keep customers engaged and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Build communications that support expansion and retention, helping operators get more out of the platform over time.
Go-to-Market & Launches
- Lead planning and execution of go-to-market launches for major WanderOS features and enhancements.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Creative, Growth, and Support teams.
- Develop launch collateral—messaging decks, sales enablement kits, product videos, operator testimonials, and website content—that translates features into clear operator outcomes.
- You’ll own our event strategy (both industry and Wander events) for WanderOS and our gifting strategy for leads and customers
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze product usage, funnel performance, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for operator growth and optimization.
- Define and track KPIs tied to awareness, lead generation, acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention across the operator lifecycle.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and operator research to refine messaging and prioritization.
Enablement & Advocacy
- Enable internal teams with training, competitive intelligence, and concise product narratives that fuel sales, partnerships, and support efforts.
- Advocate for operator needs and market trends within product planning discussions.
