The Manager - Education Strategy will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of Qiddiya's education portfolio. The role focuses on market analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development and optimization of education assets in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and market needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within the education sector (including market sounding and benchmarking).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize Qiddiya's education asset portfolio in line with overall business objectives.
- Lead feasibility assessments, market demand analysis, and data-driven modelling to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate and development teams, to ensure alignment on education asset planning and execution.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Education (MoE), MISA, RCRC, and other relevant entities.
- Work closely with the Ministry of Education to support the development of public school offerings within Qiddiya.
- Support operator selection processes through market research, evaluation, and internal due diligence.
- Develop and launch Request for Proposals (RFPs) in coordination with relevant stakeholders to attract and select suitable operators
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in education strategy, program management, or management consulting.
- Proven experience within a management consulting environment is required
