As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition and growth initiatives, optimize marketing performance, and help scale the next phase of our journey.

Role Overview

The Performance / Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on campaign management experience and a passion for continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Track, measure, and improve key KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing programs.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify growth opportunities across the funnel.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition performance.
• Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns and significant advertising budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), attribution, and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and growth strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in real estate, proptech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Language Requirements

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (written and spoken).

Candidates must be comfortable creating content, presenting insights, and communicating effectively with both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
