Our client, a well-established and growing commercial real estate services organization with international ties, is seeking an energetic, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead firmwide marketing, branding, technology, and business development initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to serve as both the steward of the company's brand and a champion of innovation. The Role

As Marketing Director, you will oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling market presence across digital, print, social media, and client-facing channels. You will collaborate closely with company leadership, brokerage professionals, property management teams, and other stakeholders to develop initiatives that enhance brand recognition, generate business opportunities, and improve organizational effectiveness.

In addition to traditional marketing leadership, you will play a key role in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions, that improve productivity, streamline operations, and strengthen the organization's competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, overseeing brand management, property marketing, presentations, digital content, advertising, and communications to drive visibility and business growth.
• Manage the organization's digital presence, including website strategy, SEO, social media, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation initiatives to strengthen market engagement and support business development efforts.
• Oversee marketing technology platforms, databases, CRM systems, and related tools, continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Spearhead the evaluation, adoption, and responsible implementation of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational productivity.
• Serve as an internal technology and innovation champion by developing best practices, providing training, and driving organization-wide adoption of new tools and systems.
• Partner closely with leadership and business units to support strategic initiatives, business development efforts, client engagement activities, and process improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Plan and oversee company events, community engagement initiatives, brand standards, signage programs, and other marketing and administrative functions that support the firm's overall objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, construction, architecture/engineering, or a related industry.
• Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, website content, social media programs, email marketing campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing technologies.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, with the ability to identify practical business applications and lead technology adoption initiatives.
• Commercial real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects and outcomes.
