Role Description

The Senior Manager – Marketing & Sales Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune. This position is responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy, sales operations, lead generation, and revenue growth while strengthening Anantē Designs' premium brand positioning.

The role leads end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, including performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media, campaign planning, and brand communication. The successful candidate will own marketing KPIs, optimize SQL/MQL performance, manage agency partnerships, and ensure measurable ROI across all marketing activities.

From a sales operations perspective, the role is responsible for aligning marketing with sales objectives, optimizing the complete lead-to-customer journey, managing CRM processes, monitoring sales pipelines, and supporting business development initiatives. The position also involves engaging directly with prospective clients through customer calls, site visits, and escalation management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with leadership, design, project management, and operations teams, the Senior Manager will establish performance dashboards, implement scalable processes, mentor high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

This role is designed as a long-term leadership position with a defined growth path toward Vice President – Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales operations, preferably within luxury, architecture, construction, interior design, real estate, or premium consumer brands.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in sales funnel optimization, revenue growth, and marketing ROI improvement.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, sales pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing marketing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor teams while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving abilities, including handling client escalations and strategic accounts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Pune and visiting client locations when required.
