Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and manage branding efforts to drive business growth. The individual will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning. Additional responsibilities include monitoring marketing performance, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Market Research, Campaign Management, and Data Analytics
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
• Proven experience in creating and managing branding initiatives and PR activities
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms
• Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly advantageous
• Corporate Client and retail client handling and conversions.
