Essential Duties
Website & Digital Presence Management
- Update and maintain accurate property information on company and third-party websites (e.g., office hours, amenities, photos).
- Partner with 3rd party vendors to manage the development and upkeep of property websites, coordinating assets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Regularly audit community websites for accuracy and consistency, recommending improvements as needed.
- Manage domain ownership and redirects across the portfolio.
- Assist in researching and presenting innovative marketing, advertising, and communication tools that leverage digital and emerging technologies.
- Support the creation of new digital content (e.g., photos, videos) from planning and scheduling to production.
- Participate in brainstorming efforts that align with cost-effective strategies for increasing web traffic and driving leases.
- Audit lead sources to ensure accuracy of phone numbers, email addresses, pricing, imagery, and brand messaging.
- Generate and analyze website performance reports, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide internal training support on marketing programs, digital tools, and customer loyalty initiatives as needed.
- Respond to reported digital marketing issues including system integration concerns or inaccuracies on websites.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in website management, social media support, or digital marketing preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, advertising, or social media is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn new digital platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, troubleshoot issues, and support cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
- The role involves frequent use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers. Occasional
- This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting.
- Primary work environment: Office
- Noise level: Moderate and typical of a professional office setting.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday.
