Your new role

As Commercial Property Manager, you will work alongside another CPM and an assistant property manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio of 175. Working closely with owners, tenants, and contractors, you will oversee lease administration, maintenance coordination, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure assets are performing effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
• Strong knowledge of lease administration and property operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Current WA Driving Licence
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
