Hungry Minds is a premium publishing and product company building global consumer brands.

We’ve launched and scaled multiple successful brands worldwide across digital and physical products.

We’re also building a new operator-led venture platform (agency/incubator hybrid), currently working with partners like Flipper Zero and D1 Milano.

Mission

Work directly with the founders to drive execution across Hungry Minds and new ventures.

This role is for someone who can operate inside a fast-moving business, take ownership across multiple areas, and turn ideas into execution. You will act as a force multiplier for the founder — helping move projects, people, partnerships, and operations forward at high speed. Over time, this role can evolve into full ownership of a business unit, brand, or venture.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders on high-priority operational initiatives
• Be deeply involved in day-to-day business operations across teams
• Join key meetings, capture context quickly, and drive follow-through
• Own projects end-to-end: from idea to execution
• Coordinate across departments to keep priorities moving
• Solve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows
• Work with numbers, reports, margins, forecasts, and performance tracking
• Communicate with agencies, freelancers, vendors, and partners globally
• Help hire and manage external operators and contractors
• Organize information, priorities, timelines, and execution across multiple projects
• Make fast decisions in a high-speed environment with incomplete information

Whom We’re Looking For

• Strong operator with a high ownership mentality
• Experience in operations, business management, startups, agencies, or fast-growing companies
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Able to manage multiple moving priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working directly with founders
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable in chaos, ambiguity, and fast execution environments
