The Role

As our Office Manager for the Łódź office within the Workplace & Operations team, you will be the cornerstone of our local workplace experience. You will drive the daily operational efficiency of the Łódź location, creating a warm, organized, and effective environment for both local team members and international visitors. Key stakeholders will include local employees, global workplace teams, property managers, and external vendors. In this position, you have a direct impact on shaping local office culture, optimizing day-to-day facilities, and ensuring alignment with global organizational standards.

How To Make An Impact

• Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment for all employees and guests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility management, space planning, security, and reception duties.
• Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment, and procurement to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive local health and safety compliance, leading required safety trainings, drills, and security procedures.
• Plan and execute local company events, team-building activities, catering, and support global organizational initiatives locally.
• Develop office policies, maintain local documentation on internal channels, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and logistics.
• Support ad hoc workplace projects, such as office moves, merges, and operational enhancements as needed.

Your background

• few years of experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Facilities Manager, or similar workplace role within a fast-paced environment (international experience preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Strong track record in facility management, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and office safety compliance.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• High proficiency with modern collaboration tools, specifically Google Suite and Slack.
• Flexibility to occasionally respond to rare after-hours needs (e.g., facility alerts or evening events) with balanced working hours provided in return.
