Regional Business Manager
Indexed description
We’re looking for a Regional Business Lead to take full ownership of one of our key markets and drive its growth end-to-end. You’ll analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that impact revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a business owner and enjoys combining strategy, analytics, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
What you are going to do:
- Own business performance of assigned regions and ensure achievement of revenue, OCF, and unit economics targets
- Act as a performance owner across the full regional funnel: acquisition efficiency (CAC, lead quality), sales & conversion performance, retention and LTV growth, teaching cost efficiency
- Diagnose performance gaps and identify root causes behind underperformance
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Learning Experience, Product, Finance) to execute improvement initiatives
- Build regional forecasts, identify risks, and create recovery plans. Launch and drive regional growth initiatives such as pricing tests, funnel improvements, localization, and GTM experiments
- Provide weekly performance insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years in business performance, strategy, growth, or general management roles;
- Strong analytical and unit economics thinking (LTV, CAC, conversion funnels);
- Experience owning business outcomes or P&L metrics;
- Background in fast-growing B2C, marketplace, EdTech, subscription, or digital businesses;
- Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority;
- Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven mindset;
- Advanced English required.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage:
- Consulting background
Why us:
- Global & Location-Agnostic Setup: We operate as a fully international team with a B2B contract model: you can work from anywhere and stay closely connected with the team
- Ownership & Real Impact: You will have direct influence on key business metrics and strategic decisions, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Data-Driven Culture: Decisions are based on data, not assumptions: we actively use analytics, experiments, and unit economics to guide both day-to-day actions and long-term strategy
- Meaningful Scale: Work on a global product across multiple markets, dealing with real business complexity and growth challenges
- Professional Growth: A strong environment for learning and development, where you can build systems, scale them, and grow alongside the business
