As a locally rooted brand, we believe in being active members of the communities we serve. We're passionate about building relationships that extend beyond our restaurant walls.
At Bricktown Brewery, we create places where families gather, friends celebrate, and communities connect. We're looking for a Local Restaurant Marketing Manager who shares our passion for hospitality, creativity, and finding new ways to bring guests through our doors.
Job Summary
Bricktown Brewery is looking for an outgoing, people-first Local Restaurant Marketing Manager to own local marketing for our Oklahoma restaurants. This is a get-out-of-the-office role: you’ll be in our restaurants and out in the community building relationships with schools, businesses, hotels, and community organizations that translate into measurable guest traffic and sales. You’ll plan and execute local campaigns, support our social media presence at the market level, and be the face of Bricktown Brewery in our Oklahoma communities. If you’re a natural extrovert who loves restaurants and knows how to get a community talking, this is your job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the local restaurant marketing (LRM) plan for all Oklahoma locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with area schools, hotels, offices, sports teams, and community organizations to drive catering, banquet, and dine-in business.
• Plan and run in-restaurant events, fundraisers, and community partnerships from idea through execution and recap.
• Represent Bricktown Brewery at community events, festivals, and networking functions.
• Partner with the Brand Manager, GMs, and Area Managers to identify each restaurant’s local opportunities and build store-level plans.
Social Media & Content:
• Support the brand social media calendar with Oklahoma-market content — capture photo and video in restaurants and at events.
• Monitor and engage on local social channels; respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Coordinate with local influencers and content creators on partnerships.
Campaigns & Reporting:
• Execute brand promotions at the local level and keep messaging consistent across social, loyalty, and in-restaurant channels.
• Track results — event ROI, donation/fundraiser performance, social metrics — and report to the Brand Manager.
• Manage local marketing materials: ordering, production, and distribution to restaurants.
What We’re Looking For:
• A true extrovert — comfortable walking into a business cold, working a room, and building relationships fast. This is non-negotiable.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and what performs on each.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events, projects, deadlines, and restaurant priorities simultaneously.
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for planning, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience with design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can manage a calendar of events and commitments across multiple restaurants.
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience required, including previous experience in the full-service restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.
Work Schedule & Travel:
• Full-time. Schedule flexes with the business — evenings and weekends for events.
• Based in Oklahoma City; regular travel to restaurants across Oklahoma.
