About the Opportunity

Reneris is conducting a search for an experienced General Manager to lead one of Cleveland's premier luxury condominium communities.


This is a unique opportunity to oversee an iconic, historically significant property recognized for its architectural distinction, exceptional resident services, and commitment to excellence. The General Manager will partner closely with an engaged Board of Directors to preserve a historic landmark while ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, and an unparalleled resident experience.


This role is ideal for a proven leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership and thrives in an environment where exceptional service, complex facilities, and strong relationships are equally important.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of approximately 30 employees across multiple functional areas.
  • Direct all aspects of operations, finance, administration, and resident services.
  • Develop and oversee annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Lead long-term capital planning and preventative maintenance initiatives for a historic property.
  • Manage major construction projects, vendor relationships, and building systems.
  • Foster outstanding relationships with residents, the Board of Directors, contractors, and community stakeholders.
  • Implement systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.


Qualifications

We're interested in leaders with experience managing luxury residential communities, hospitality properties, private clubs, resorts, or similarly service-oriented environments.


Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Executive leadership experience managing complex operations and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong financial management and capital planning expertise.
  • Experience overseeing historic, legacy, or complex facilities project management.
  • Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proven ability to implement operational improvements while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
