The Revenue Operations Manager owns the systems, data, and processes, administering HubSpot and connected tooling, keeping CRM data clean and trustworthy, building the reporting leadership relies on, and automating the repeatable work.

Required Competencies and Skills

• HubSpot Expertise: Deep, hands-on command of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs — workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, dashboards, and portal administration.
• Data Discipline: An obsession with clean data — deduplication, validation, and governance — and the reporting that depends on it.
• Automation Mindset: The instinct to automate repeatable work and the ability to build the workflows and AI-enabled solutions that do it.
• Analytical Rigor: Fluency in turning pipeline and funnel data into forecasts, attribution, and KPIs that drive decisions.
• Process Builder: The ability to design, document, and roll out GTM processes that people actually adopt.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Credibility with both sales and marketing, and strength in managing handoffs and SLAs between them.
• Systems Integration: Experience connecting CRM, ATS, enrichment, and engagement tools into a coherent, reliable stack.
• Communication: Clear written documentation (SOPs) and confident, concise reporting to leadership.

Experience and Education

• 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations (B2B or professional services preferred).
• Demonstrated HubSpot administration experience; HubSpot certifications a strong plus.
• Experience with CPQ, sales compensation, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ATS/TrackerRMS, enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and partner platforms (Crossbeam) a plus.
• Experience deploying automation and/or AI-enabled workflows preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
